Mind and Body was established out of a love to see people being cared for and given genuine and caring service out of a heart of love and compassion. As a result, Julita went through the care of qualifying herself in the necessary areas and Mind & Body Holistic Spa was birthed in 2009 under the name Mind & Body Massage & Counseling Services before it was changed to Mind & Body Holistic Spa in 2018. Julita is passionate in what she does and refers to it as her “calling”.
She specializes in Swedish or Relaxation Massages and thoroughly enjoys working with clients who have challenges relaxing. Counseling and helping people are another of her many passions.
